Initiate Your Request
Log into your UDPOWER account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship to Service Center
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
